EOB/ERA Posting We post payments from Explanation of Benefits EOB and Electronic Remittance Advice ERA accurately into the billing system to maintain clear financial records. Claim Reconciliation We review submitted claims that remain unpaid or pending for extended periods and follow up with insurance payers to identify the cause of delays or missing payments. Denial Management When claims are denied or rejected, we analyze the reason for denial and assist with corrective actions or resubmission where applicable.
