I currently lead the Museums Department, where I coordinate the full development of exhibition projects, from initial concept to technical and spatial resolution. I work with an interdisciplinary team designing exhibitions that integrate content, narrative, and visitor experience. We also operate a multimedia technology lab dedicated to museum applications, allowing us to incorporate digital and interactive resources into exhibition projects. In addition, we provide training programs for museum teams, strengthening design, management, and innovation skills. This experience enables me to approach every project with a strategic, technical, and communicational perspective, understanding both the space itself and the experience it is meant to convey.
