What is your refund policy?
We will provide you with a full refund if we are not capable of delivering the product, or hit an unexpected wall.
Do you use AI?
No, while it may be useful in certain situations, we DO NOT support AI in any creative context. All of our builds, sketches, art, creative process, and conversations are kept strictly AI free.
How big is your team?
Our team is typically one person, but when builds get big we may be two working on one same project.
Why are your builds so expensive?
Our builds are priced high as every block placed has intention. We don't just make bland walls, and stacked builds. As artists we put a lot of work into these projects and deserve a decent pay for it. Our prices while steep, barely cover minimum wage.
Do you do interiors?
Yes, while not directly advertised if requested we will be happy to add interiors for an extra price. Typically we will ask for ~15$ per furnished area, but prices may be higher or lower depending on the build.
