How does the shipping process work?
Message me before ordering for my address. Shipping and customs are covered by you. The delivery timer starts only once I receive the product to ensure top-quality production.
Can you post the video on your own social media?
I'm open to collabs! If your product fits my "Working Mom" audience, we can discuss a collaborative post or shoutout for an extra fee. Message me to see if we’re a match!
Who is responsible for the script?
You can provide your script, or I can write one based on your key points. If I write it, I will send it for your review and approval before filming. This ensures the message is perfect and aligned with your brand before production!
What is your revision policy?
I offer one round of minor edits (text or small clip adjustments). Re-filming is not covered unless I missed a specific instruction from our initial brief.
Do you return the products after filming?
Due to shipping and customs costs, products are not returned. If you need the item back, you must provide a pre-paid return label. Most brands prefer I keep the product for future "refresher" content!
