I am Muhammad Usman. I am the senior process engineer in one of the leading design Engineering firms. I have extensive knowledge of Flare network sizing and detailed safety analysis of plants.

Flare network sizing includes the Following Tasks

· PSV Sizing as per API 520 part 1

· PSV inlet sizing as per API 520 part 2

· Flare header sizing as per API 521. To meet all the sizing constrain like Mach no, back pressure, Noise and RhoV2.

· Flare KO drum sizing

· Flare Stack sizing as per API 521

All the hydraulics will be performed using Aspen Flare system analyzer

PSV Sizing on Aspen Hysys and Aspen Plus.
