What is a RAG chatbot, and why is it better?
A RAG chatbot retrieves answers from your data before responding, so it gives accurate, source-based replies instead of generic or made-up ones. It's the difference between a bot that sounds smart and one that's actually reliable.
What data can you train my AI chatbot on?
Almost anything PDFs, Word docs, spreadsheets, website pages, FAQs, and product catalogs. Send what you have and I'll turn it into a searchable knowledge base chatbot.
Where can the chatbot be deployed?
Your website, WhatsApp, Slack, mobile apps, and more. The Premium package includes multi-channel deployment, and I can add channels as an extra on the other packages.
Which AI models do you use?

Will the chatbot make up answers?

Do I need my own OpenAI / Claude API account?
For most projects, yes you'll set up your own account so usage stays under your billing and you keep full control. It takes a few minutes and I'll guide you through it.
Will I own the chatbot and the code?
Absolutely. You receive full source code and complete ownership of your AI chatbot. It's your product.
Do you provide support after delivery?
Each package includes revisions, and I offer a post-delivery support add-on for bug fixes and response tuning after handoff.
