What file formats do you support?
I work primarily with CSV and Excel files (.csv and .xlsx). Please contact me before ordering if your data uses another format or requires special processing.
What is included in each package?
Basic covers correction and formatting of up to 500 records. Standard covers up to 2,500 records, including deduplication and a change report. Premium covers up to 10,000 records, validation and a detailed QA report.
Can you remove duplicate records?
Yes. Deduplication is included in Standard and Premium. I use agreed matching rules to identify duplicates and avoid removing valid records by mistake.
Can you fix missing or incorrect information?
I can identify missing or inconsistent values and correct them when reliable rules or source information are available. I will not invent missing data or guess unknown values.
Will my data remain confidential?
I treat client files as confidential and use them only for the agreed work. Please remove unnecessary personal or sensitive information before sharing files. We can clarify data-handling requirements before ordering.
What will I receive when the order is completed?
You will receive the processed file in the agreed format. Standard also includes a change report, while Premium includes a detailed QA report. Reusable Python scripts are not included unless agreed separately.
Can you handle more than 10,000 records?
Potentially, yes. Please send the approximate record count, file format, and required operations through Fiverr messages so I can evaluate the scope and prepare a custom offer.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes the revisions listed in its pricing details. Revisions cover corrections within the original agreed scope. New processing rules or additional datasets may require a separate offer.
