Do I need an active GoHighLevel subscription?
Yes, the Starter plan covers Basic/Standard builds. Agency plan is required for Snapshot publishing to unlimited sub-accounts and for SaaS mode. If you don't have one yet, I'll advise before you pay.
Can you work inside my existing sub-account?
Absolutely. Most orders are fixes/extensions of half-built accounts. Share your login domain and current state in the requirements form and I'll audit before touching anything.
How do I give you access safely?
After the order starts, add me as a user in your GHL sub-account (Admin role for setup, or Staff for fixes) using the email I send in the order inbox. Never share your owner password.
Will you train my team?
Standard and Premium include a recorded walkthrough. Live screen-share training is a paid extra — request it before ordering.
Do you migrate data from other CRMs?
Yes, CSV exports from HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, spreadsheets. I map fields, dedupe, then import with tags so history stays intact. Priced per record volume.
