How does the project planning and documentation process work?
Before we start development, we provide a Requirement Specification Document to map out your project goals clearly. Additionally, for any new feature added during development, we document the scope first and consult with you to review, approve, or refine changes before implementation.
How do hosting and domain setup work for the Basic and Standard packages?
Basic Package: Deployed on Vercel with a free Vercel staging URL (e.g., yourproject.vercel.app). Standard & Premium Packages: We configure and integrate your custom domain (e.g., .com, .lk, .io). Note: Domain registration/purchasing fees are handled by the client, but we manage the full technical.
What is included in the free Maintenance & Security Support?
We provide 1 Month of FREE Maintenance for Standard and 2 Months for Premium. This includes security monitoring, bug fixes, performance checks, and minor content updates to ensure your application runs smoothly post-launch.
