Chi sono
Hi! I’m Luka — Since 2018, I’ve helped people rebuild focus, consistency, and healthy routines using proven tools from sport psychology. I specialize in goal-setting, time management, sleep, nutrition, and exercise. Working with elite athletes taught me one key lesson: real progress comes from simple habits done consistently. I’ve lived the struggle with poor health habits myself—and turned it around. If you want structure, clarity, and accountability, send me a message.
