A critical set of PHP engine vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, "PHP2Shell") was disclosed on Oct 21, 2026. They affect PHP itself, not just your website's code, so WordPress, Laravel, Drupal, Joomla and custom PHP sites can all be exposed until PHP is updated.


I'm a full-stack developer (Laravel, WordPress/WooCommerce, Next.js) with hands-on experience managing production servers. I'll update your PHP to the official patched release and verify everything still works.


WHAT I DO

- Check your current PHP version and exposure

- Take a full backup before any change

- Upgrade PHP to the official patched release

- Restart PHP-FPM / Apache / Nginx and confirm the new version is live

- Review OPcache and PHP-FPM settings

- Test your site (front end, forms, checkout, admin) after the update

- Deliver a clear before/after report
