What access do you need?
Usually WordPress admin access is enough. If the issue is server-related, I may need hosting panel or FTP/SFTP access. Database access is only required in rare cases.
Can I share credentials securely?
Yes. If you want, I can send you a secure link so you can share credentials safely. Temporary access is recommended.
Do you work on the live site?
I prefer staging when available. If staging is not available, I will create a backup before making changes and test everything carefully.
What will I get after the fix?
A working site and a short summary of what caused the issue and what I changed, plus recommendations to prevent it in the future.
