Informazioni su questo servizio
Need a simple way to estimate your freelance rate and project price? I will build a clear Excel calculator tailored to the information you provide.
Choose a package for 1, 2, or up to 5 worksheets and up to 5, 8, or 10 formulas. Each file includes editable inputs, automatic totals, clear formatting, and an .xlsx workbook. Standard and Premium add brief instructions; Premium also includes a summary tab. Workbook labels can be in English or Spanish.
To start, send your currency, monthly income target, fixed costs, billable hours, project stages and estimates, direct expenses, and any platform-fee or reserve percentage you want to use. One currency only; no currency conversion. This gig uses Excel formulas only. No VBA/macros, external data connections, buttons, or forms. Optional tax-reserve inputs are estimates only; this is not tax advice. Please contact me before ordering if you need a different scope.

FAQ
Do you provide tax advice or currency conversion?
No. The tax reserve is an editable estimate you choose, not tax advice. The workbook uses one currency and does not convert currencies.
Can you build a calculator for my freelance business?
Yes. I can create a simple Excel calculator from the inputs and rules you provide. Please message me first if your needs exceed the selected package.
Do you use macros or VBA?
No. This service uses Excel formulas only. It does not include VBA/macros, external data connections, buttons, or forms.
What information should I send to get started?
Send your currency, inputs, calculation rules, one sample with the expected result, and Excel version. Any tax-reserve percentage is supplied by you; I do not provide tax advice.
