Great working with the team for a simple design. I have worked with a consultant locally which gave more insight into brand and marketing, but for a quick simple logo and the social media kit, this worked well. We did not have a call due to my busy schedule, but I think this would have been helpful to get to the vision faster.

I've used them before and the work quality is okay but because it's an agency and not just one person managing the file, the delivery was chaotic and lacked in attention to my comments.
