I’m a natural-born machine operator with a deep understanding of CNC machining and a fluent command of G-code and Heidenhain language. From the beginning of my career, I have had the opportunity to operate and program both CNC turning centres and milling machines. After completing an initial one-year training and familiarisation period, we began the internal implementation of Fusion 360. As part of this implementation, I was responsible for configuring and optimising the post-processors, as well as establishing the mechanical data and technical parameters of the cutting tools and machine tools within Fusion 360. Setting up and programming new products has since become an integral part of my responsibilities. My current skill set includes both on-machine programming and CNC programming using Fusion 360. In addition, I have experience with parameterising and automating CNC programs, enabling more efficient, consistent, and streamlined manufacturing processes. Programming Languages & CNC Control Systems I have proficient knowledge of G-code, Mazatrol and Heidenhain TNC control systems. In addition, I pursue programming as a personal hobby and have experience developing applications and projects using Arduino and C#.
