Don't order 3-hour delivery, it seems it will take him at least 12 hours regardless. Additionally, his communication skills are not as effective as they used to be. However, the final product is always of high quality.

I am so happy I came here for a YouTube thumbnail! The turn around time was insanely quick and I had no revisions that needed to be made. That’s how much they understood my vision and wants.
