As an Associate Lawyer at Nexpeak Law Firm, I provide comprehensive legal support to startups, entrepreneurs, SMEs, and corporate clients across a wide range of legal matters. My practice focuses on Intellectual Property Law, Corporate Law, Commercial Transactions, Contract Drafting, Legal Research, Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Business Compliance. My responsibilities include conducting trademark searches, assisting with trademark filing and prosecution, preparing responses to examination reports, and advising clients on brand protection strategies. I draft, review, and negotiate a variety of legal documents, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Agreements, Employment Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Shareholders' Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, and other commercial contracts tailored to clients' business requirements. I regularly conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and intellectual property matters, analyze statutes, regulations, judicial precedents, and regulatory frameworks, and prepare well-reasoned legal opinions and research memoranda. My work also involves reviewing legal documents, identifying legal and commercial risks, and recommending practical solutions that align with business objectives. As part of corporate advisory assignments, I assist in legal due diligence by examining corporate records, contracts, licenses, statutory filings, intellectual property portfolios, regulatory compliance, and other legal documents to identify potential risks and liabilities. I also support Mergers & Acquisitions transactions by organizing documentation, reviewing transaction documents, conducting legal analysis, and assisting with compliance requirements throughout the transaction process. In addition, I advise businesses on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business structuring, and commercial risk management.
