You can simply send us your Art Work and Instruction through fiver message. We will take care of it for you.

The edits means the details OR requirements left to punch are not charged. And the modifications means any change additions & subtractions you request on given artwork will be charge.

(1) We Accept All format of graphics Like JPEG, PDF CDR, AI, Eps, BMP, Tif, Gif, Pcx, Png, Dxf, Emf, Wmf, Psd, etc. (2) We recommend you to submit high resolution Artwork. Because it’s give best result of digitizing. We always try to give our best for you.

(1) Yes the bad artwork or previous sew out submit for punching, may delay in turnaround time. (2) We might require making Vector before digitizing, the cost of Vector may add in bill.

(1) We provide all commonly used formats mentioned below: 10O, ART, CND, DST, DSB, DSZ, EMB, EXP, TAP, PES, HUS, JEF, JEF+, XXX, VIP, VP3, VP4 (2) If you do not see your file type listed please let us know so that we can make sure that we can output to your specified machine.

We always keen on turnaround time; our 90% orders are delivered within 2 to 8 hours. Any complex design, we update you through email or message, if any delay expected to deliver your file.

(1) We charge $10 to $15 for any Left Chest & Cap Logo under 5 inches. (2) There will be no prices per stitch count, so there is nothing to count. We did this for customer convenience. (3) We can ask the extra amount for any Complex Design/Logo.
