I manage the entire backend of a betrayal trauma coaching business on GoHighLevel, handling the technical operations so the founder and her team can focus on serving clients. I build and maintain sales funnels, registration pages, and thank-you pages for the business’s programs, live information sessions, and retreat, and I document each funnel in a standardized SOP format so the team can easily review and update them. I design and manage email and SMS workflows, including lead nurture sequences with safeguards that stop messages once a contact replies or is already speaking with a team member. I also built a tag-based automation system with Smart Lists that tracks Do Not Disturb status by channel, which keeps contact data clean and communication compliant. Beyond building, I troubleshoot problems across multiple sub-accounts: I resolved duplicate emails in course workflows caused by overlapping Meta Ads and DM funnels, and I fixed wallet and billing failures that were blocking email delivery. I also set up Microsoft Clarity heatmap tracking to show how visitors behave in the funnels, configured consultation scheduling so leads can book with the right team member, and updated funnel pages and messaging templates to follow the team’s editorial direction. I work directly with the founder and team members, giving clear updates and solving technical problems quickly.
