Can you customize the deliverables to my business needs?
Yes, every business is unique. I adapt the audit, templates, and HR processes to your organization.
What does “30 days support” include in the Premium package?
It includes 2 follow-up calls (1h each), Q&A via messages, and minor adjustments to the delivered HR processes. It does not cover unlimited HR operations.
Do you deliver in French, Spanish, as well as English?
Yes, I can deliver all reports, templates, and processes in English, French, and Spanish.
Which HR processes can you implement?
Typical processes include onboarding, organizational structure, employee feedback, and recruitment interview templates. Other processes can be added on request.
Do you use digital tools for HR?
I use AI, Google Sheets, and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel...), while actively developing my expertise in No-Code HR solutions.
Do you only work remotely, or are you available for on-site support?
I mainly work remotely to ensure efficiency and flexibility. However, I am also available for on-site support in Europe if required (e.g. one week per month or for long-term projects). On-site work is subject to a separate agreement and additional costs (travel and accommodation).
