I can do nothing with his delivery. It was of the poorest quality and I missed my deadline with a major publishing agency and he did not care at all. I lost much more than time, I lost a major contract with a major publishing company only because he said that he could deliver in the proper time, and...

I am very happy with my delivery. It was not an easy assignment but he helped me with all of my requests and I think it came out as good as possible given that I gave him a book formatted in a way that didn't make it super easy to reformat.
