June 2024, I joined BAT Bangladesh as Digital Content Developer. My role performed the responsibility to create all types of digital content. As BAT is a Multinational Company, it emphasizes on the skill development of their employees. They have a Technical Training Center called “OEC (Operations Excellence Center.)” that organizes Workshops and Training events. OEC also has an Ed-Tech platform named Ed-Venture. My main responsibility was to shoot, edit and color grade the educational videos that focuses on the development of the technical knowledge and skill of the employees. Apart from the videos, I also developed Graphic and Motion Graphic contents as promotional materials. Those contents are published as Internal Communications in BAT Bangladesh. Left job at BAT Bangladesh in August 2025.
