What file formats do you support?
PDF, DOCX, and TXT files. For scanned or image-based PDFs, OCR support can be added as an extra.
Do I need an OpenAI API key?
No. The Basic package uses Groq which is completely free. Standard and Premium support both Groq and OpenAI. I can also build with local Ollama models for full privacy at no API cost.
Will I own the source code?
Yes. Standard and Premium packages support large document sets. Message me before ordering so I can optimize the chunk size and retrieval strategy for your specific use case
How does it avoid hallucinations?
RAG only generates answers from retrieved chunks of your actual documents. The chatbot is also instructed to say it does not know rather than guess when the answer is not in your documents.
Can you deploy it online so my team can use it?
The Premium package includes Docker Compose deployment. Streamlit Cloud hosting can be added as a gig extra. Message me to discuss your hosting setup before ordering.
