Alexandr delivered exceptional work on a complex heraldic family crest commission. From the first reply he engaged with the brief properly - he caught three real heraldic issues unprompted (the tincture rule violation in my source, the missing helmet/crest/mantling, the unblazonable kanji as a charge)...
