Built an autonomous WhatsApp sales agent that re-engages 3,861 dormant B2B clients of a phone-parts wholesaler, driving each thread from product lookup to cart creation and encrypted payment links unsupervised. Architected an event-driven pipeline — FastAPI webhook → idempotent dedup → Celery worker → Claude intent pipeline → 360dialog reply — governed by a validated conversation FSM with clarification budgets and terminal silence. Engineered a validate-then-act LLM orchestrator with strict JSON schemas and confidence gating, plus prompt-injection defenses (content guard, sanitizer, data/instruction separation) and Magento order reconciliation for paid-order confirmation. Delivered GDPR-compliant data handling (field-level encryption, log redaction, retention, opt-out, right to erasure) with a read-only KPI CLI over an append-only audit trail; 57 test modules under strict mypy and ruff gates. Engineered a hybrid RAG pipeline (BGE-M3 embeddings, HNSWLib vector search, cross-encoder reranking) optimized for French- language semantic search, achieving accurate retrieval across 14+ policy templates. Reduced customer support macros from 10 to 1 by building a deterministic business rule engine with customer-status-aware routing (professional vs. individual). Architected dual-GPU deployment (NVIDIA) with functional isolation for inference and embeddings. Created a QA harness with 119+ test questions for automated accuracy regression testing. Built ElecRecycle, a full-stack e-commerce platform for refurbished electronics — NestJS API with JWT auth, token rotation, RBAC,and order state machine.
