I literally sent this guy a mockup of what I wanted. He could almost have traced it, but no, instead he made this hilarious, ridiculous artwork that wasn't even close, then when asked to redo it, he waited out the clock and got paid. I think about 60% of people on Fiverr are ripoffs. what he advertises...
