- Flagship project: Vanderheim, a full-stack community platform built for a Twitch streamer, now used by an 800+ member community with peak loads of several hundred concurrent users - Designed and built a native Twitch Extension alongside a multi-token OAuth architecture managing channel-point rewards across a stream team of multiple broadcasters - Replaced a fully manual weekly workflow (viewers hand-painting templates and emailing them in) with an interactive in-browser SVG painter for reward customisation and achievement tracking - Implemented real-time features using Django Channels, WebSockets and GraphQL subscriptions, plus web push notifications - Built a deep-zoom image tiling pipeline powering an interactive community map feature - Built a full support ticketing system for another client, including status/priority workflows and spam detection - Built custom mobile apps using Flutter, including a direct mobile port of a fee-calculation feature from another project

- Owned this SaaS platform for eBay sellers end-to-end, from architecture through to production - Built a multi-service platform: a Django backend, five separate frontends, and a dedicated FastAPI event producer, deployed to a self-managed Kubernetes cluster provisioned with Terraform - Built a FastAPI/Kafka pipeline handling both modern REST and legacy SOAP eBay webhook notifications, with signature validation and TLS mutual authentication - Designed and built a complete Stripe subscription system from scratch, including three usage-based pricing tiers, monthly/annual billing, webhook-driven state management, and a failed-payment recovery flow - Built an encrypted, tiered PostgreSQL backup & disaster recovery system running on self-hosted, isolated infrastructure - Performed and documented a structured security review of a centralised WebAuthn/passkey authentication system shared across all five frontends - The platform wound down in 2026 after my co-founder was unable to continue providing funding — not due to any technical issue
