I will build a cmms maintenance app for work orders and preventive maintenance
Ade Jatmoko
Informazioni su questo servizio
Still tracking maintenance on paper, WhatsApp chats or Excel? I'll build a simple CMMS web app your technicians and supervisors can use from a PC, tablet or phone.
What you can get (depending on package):
- Asset and machine list
- Work orders: create, assign, update and close
- Preventive maintenance (PM) schedule and calendar
- Digital PM checksheets with pass/fail and notes
- Findings queue for issues found during PM
- User roles: technician, supervisor, admin
- Dashboard with open work orders and PM compliance
- Optional Telegram notifications
Tech stack: Node-RED and MariaDB/MySQL, deployed on your VPS or local server (Windows or Linux). You own the source and the database.
Why me: I have hands-on manufacturing and maintenance shop-floor experience, so the app follows how maintenance teams really work.
Not included: server or hosting fees, hardware, or integration with an existing ERP unless agreed in a custom offer.
Not sure which package fits? Order the closest one and share your asset list. If the scope is bigger, I'll send a custom offer before starting.

Hi, I'm Ade, a developer from Indonesia with hands-on manufacturing and maintenance shop-floor experience. I turn manual work into simple digital systems:
- n8n and Node-RED automations, AI agents, API and webhook integrations
- Telegram and WhatsApp bots for alerts, orders and reports
- ESP32 and Arduino production counters and machine monitoring via MQTT
- Maintenance, QC checklist and production dashboards
I deploy on your VPS or local server and include clear handover notes. Share your current process and goal, and I'll suggest a practical scope.

FAQ
Do I need to buy software licenses?
No. Node-RED and MariaDB are free, open source. You only pay for your server/VPS if you use one.
Can it run without internet?
Yes, it can run on a local PC or server inside your factory network.
Can I import my existing Excel asset list?
Yes. Standard and Premium include a CSV/Excel import of your assets.
Can you connect it to our ERP?
Possibly, if your ERP has an API or database access. This is quoted separately after I review it.
Who owns the code?
You do. I deliver the Node-RED flows, database schema and setup notes.
