I designed Retell AI calling agents with custom call flows, intent branches, dynamic responses, conditional routing, and multi channel notifications that improved customer experience. I used n8n automation to power background processes like syncing customer records, updating pipelines, generating tasks, sending alerts, tracking call results, and distributing leads to the right team. I optimized voice clarity, call timing, prompt accuracy, fallback steps, and error handling so the entire system stayed stable even under heavy call activity. I also created documentation, trained teams, and monitored performance to ensure long term reliability. My work helped businesses reduce workload, increase responses, automate communication, and run smoother operations using intelligent AI voice systems.
