Do these sessions count as therapy?
No. I am not a licensed therapist, and these are conversations about you, your ADHD, and how you can best tackle the challenges that seem to be holding you back.
Are these session confidential?
Yes, each session is 1:1, so no information is shared with anyone else. Sessions are not recorded.
What age ranges do you work with?
Anyone 18 and older.
What are your credentials?
I have a background in special education, I was the director of an academic support program for SLD, ADHD, and ASD, and I am an ADHDer myself.
Do I need a formal diagnosis to work with you?
Absolutely not. Whether you are formally diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or simply struggle with executive dysfunction and "ADHD-like" symptoms, you are welcome here. My goal is to help anyone who feels their current way of working isn't sustainable.
What is "Body Doubling," and do you offer it?
Body doubling is a productivity strategy where we stay on a call together while you work on a task you’ve been avoiding. Having another person "present" (even virtually) provides a calm, external anchor that makes it much easier to stay focused and initiate difficult tasks. This is a core part of my

Most tools fail because they are designed for neurotypical brains. In our sessions, we don’t just "pick an app." We look at why previous systems failed. We focus on "low-demand" setups and "frictionless" workflows, ensuring that if you have a low-energy day, your system doesn't completely collapse.
