Most designers stop at the deliverable. By 2021, I had completed over 2,000 projects. The output was there. The volume was there. But something in the work wasn't landing the way it should. So I stepped back. Not to take a break — to rebuild from the foundation. I studied branding. Read the books. Went back to the history of design, the principles, the reasoning behind why certain work communicates and certain work doesn't. That's when it shifted. Design isn't decoration. It's a communication system — one that either earns trust or erodes it, depending on how well it's built. I stopped producing visuals and started solving problems with them. From that point forward, every project included: Logo design — primary, secondary, and icon variants Full visual identity — color, typography, spacing, hierarchy Branded social media designs Marketing collateral — structured, consistent, on-system The work got harder. And considerably more deliberate. That clarity — the ability to look at a business and understand what its brand needs to communicate — is what I bring into every engagement now.

Print Publishing Designer

As I continue to hone my skills, I realized that print publishing is a bigger market and has better opportunities. In 2017 I quickly learned Adobe Illustrator and within no time I started designing for Print. I was creating ↳ Brochures ↳ Flyers ↳ Business cards ↳ Company brand kits ↳ and full blown Catalogs The challenge back then was not creating something good, it was about the precision. I learned layout designing, and techniques to create better layouts. I started to realize how readability affects the customer experience. Each design had to be perfect, from the colors to the layout. And I got introduced to Adobe Indesign, the best layout tool. I learned it pretty quickly as i was familiar with Adobe applications already. And now I have 3 tools added to my toolkit, and I thought I had seen it all. The truth was far from it. . and that is how my 3rd career transformation occurred.

Product Retouching & Editing Specialist

Every skill set has a starting point. In 2013, I landed my first client on Fiverr with nothing but Photoshop and two years of self-teaching behind me. No agency. No portfolio. Just a tool and a willingness to figure it out. The e-commerce boom arrived at the right moment. Amazon FBA sellers needed their products to look credible — and I learned how to do exactly that. Product retouching, lifestyle compositing, listing imagery, infographics, Facebook and Google display ads. All of it built inside one application. Photoshop was the only tool I had. It was enough. That constraint — doing everything inside a single piece of software — built a technical foundation that still informs how I work. Precision, patience, and an eye trained on the output before the process. But it was only the beginning.
