As a Senior Software Engineer at TechloSet, I worked on AI, web, and mobile applications and gained experience with different technologies One of my main projects was building an AI Voice Agent for a mobile application. I worked on both the frontend and backend and deployed the system on AWS. I used LiveKit for the voice agent, Amazon Bedrock for AI capabilities, and Amazon Polly for voice features. This project helped me learn a lot about building AI agents, cloud deployment, and AWS services. I also worked on a resume building web application that had several frontend and backend issues. I redesigned parts of the application, fixed existing bugs, and developed new features based on client requirements. The frontend was built with Next.js and the backend with NestJS. Through this project, I gained experience with NestJS and CI/CD pipelines. Another major project was a multi-agent AI Voice Agent system for a clinic. The system included separate AI agents for reception, finance, and appointment booking. I worked on improving the response speed of the agents and developed functionality that allowed the AI agent to book appointments. I built the backend using Node.js and LangChain and used ElevenLabs for AI voice characters. I also worked on a React Native mobile application with 200K+ downloads. I contributed to redesigning the application and integrated Conversational AI features into the app. Overall, I gained practical experience in AI Voice Agents, Conversational AI, React Native, Next.js, NestJS, Node.js, LangChain, LiveKit, AWS, CI/CD, Amazon Bedrock, Amazon Polly, and ElevenLabs.
