The Challenge Lead generation is time-consuming and expensive. I identified an opportunity to build an all-in-one automated lead generation platform that could scrape Google Maps business listings, extract detailed information, and enrich it with contact data from websites — all legally sourced from publicly available information. The Beginning In early 2019, iClean approached me with an ambitious vision: become the world's leading commercial dog wash equipment company. They had innovative products and a growing customer base, but their online presence was a disaster. The previous SEO agency had built a massive private blog network (PBN) that initially boosted rankings but eventually triggered a manual penalty from Google. Traffic had collapsed, rankings disappeared overnight, and the business was in crisis mode. The dog wash industry had virtually no authoritative content online — every competitor had thin product catalogs with no real value. I saw an opportunity to not just recover, but dominate. We would become the educational authority in commercial pet washing equipment while building a legitimate, penalty-proof link profile and creating the most comprehensive resource in the industry.
