To give you the best value, please share: (1) a brief about your plant/facility, (2) current maintenance challenges, (3) any existing documents (asset list, maintenance plan, etc.), and (4) your main goal from this consultation.
Can you help with SAP-CMMS or Oracle ERP implementation?

What is the difference between Basic, Standard, and Premium?
Basic gives you a 3-hour assessment with a strategy document. Standard adds a 6-hour assessment, financial forecast, and faster delivery. Premium includes 9 hours, full automation implementation for one process, and priority delivery.
Do you provide reports and documentation after the consultation?
Yes. Every package includes a Strategy Implementation Document and a Consulting Deck. The Standard and Premium packages also include a Financial Forecast. The Premium package includes automation implementation.
