As a Working Student in the Admissions Department at CODE University of Applied Sciences, I support the entire admissions process for prospective bachelor students — from the first inquiry to Admission Day. My work involves organizing on-campus and online Admission Days, responding to applicant queries via email, Superchat, and calls, and coordinating pre-admission meetings and CODE Talk to Admissions sessions. I also manage and optimize HubSpot workflows for application pre-screening and event automation, while preparing applicant materials such as written submissions and CVs. I regularly collaborate with the Marketing & Admissions team in weekly meetings to align on communication strategy and applicant engagement, and I contribute to designing and refining process workflows using HubSpot and Miro. Beyond the bachelor admissions process, I also support inquiries related to master’s applications, tuition and scholarships, housing, visa requirements, and project-based learning — helping applicants gain a clear, authentic understanding of the CODE experience. This role allows me to connect with future students, represent CODE’s culture, and help shape a transparent and inspiring admissions journey.
