I run Bundo Tech, an official Odoo Partner. We handle Odoo implementations, custom module development, and integrations for clients across Europe, the Middle East and South Asia. What I actually spend my time on: Implementations. Full Odoo setups covering Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, POS and Website. Multi-company and multi-currency configurations, including groups operating across several countries with separate books and one consolidated view. Custom modules. Approval workflows, custom numbering and revision control, QWeb PDF reports, portal extensions, and automation rules. I build on Odoo's framework rather than modifying core, so upgrades don't break the work. Integrations. QuickBooks, Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Wix (Velo), payment gateways including Stripe and PayPal, and Microsoft 365 mail. Most of these run through Odoo's XML-RPC and REST APIs. Migrations and hosting. Moving clients off legacy systems and spreadsheets into Odoo, plus version upgrades. I manage Odoo.sh and self-hosted VPS deployments — nginx, systemd, SSL, backups. Localisation. German DATEV-compatible accounting, European VAT setups, Arabic and RTL configurations. How I work: standard Odoo first, configuration before customisation, and I'll tell you when a requirement is better solved a different way. You get short walkthrough videos as functions are completed rather than a single delivery at the end. Odoo-certified, 200+ projects delivered, and several clients on multi-year retainers in Belgium, Sweden and Germany.

Odoo development and ongoing support for a German real estate company. Property and lease management. Configured Odoo to track properties, units, tenants and lease agreements, with recurring rent invoicing generated automatically on schedule rather than raised by hand each month. CRM and lead handling. Set up the enquiry pipeline with source tracking, so the team could see which channels produced viewing appointments and which produced signed leases. Accounting. German localisation with a DATEV-compatible export, structured so the external tax advisor could work directly from the system. Custom development. Built custom modules and QWeb PDF reports for lease documents and statements, plus automation rules for renewal reminders and overdue payment follow-up. Integrations and infrastructure. Connected Odoo to Microsoft 365 for outgoing and incoming mail, and managed the hosting environment including nginx, SSL and backups. Worked directly with the owners rather than through a project manager, which meant translating business requirements into a working system and pushing back where a requirement was better solved another way.

Led Odoo development and delivery for client implementations. Team leadership. Ran a small development team, allocating work, reviewing code and owning delivery timelines. Set the standard that we build on Odoo's framework rather than modifying core, so client systems survive version upgrades. Implementations. Delivered full Odoo setups across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing and POS, including multi-company and multi-currency configurations. Custom development. Built custom modules, QWeb PDF reports, automated workflows and approval chains in Python and XML. Extended standard models rather than replacing them. Integrations. Connected Odoo to external platforms through XML-RPC and REST — eCommerce, payment gateways, accounting tools and third-party APIs. Data migration. Moved clients off legacy systems and spreadsheets into Odoo, including product catalogues, BOMs, customer records and opening balances, with reconciliation before go-live. Client-facing work. Requirements gathering, gap analysis against standard Odoo, user training and post-launch support. Most of the job was translating what a client asked for into what they actually needed. Three years here is where most of my Odoo depth comes from, and it's why I now run implementations end to end rather than only writing code.
