What are the running costs after delivery?
Voice agents have per-minute costs(Vapi/Retell, telephony and AI model usage) - typically 0.1-0.2 per call minute depending on setup. Before we start, I'll estimate your monthly cost based on expected call volume and I optimize the stack to keep it low. No surprises.
Do I need my own phone number? Can you set it up?
Yes, I handle it. I set up a Twilio number in your country(or port your existing business number where supported) and connect it to the agent. You keep full ownership of the number and all accounts.
Which languages and accents does the voice agent support?
English works best and the agent also supports 30+ languages including Spanish, German, French, Arabic and Hindi through providers like ElevenLabs. Tell me your target language and I'll confirm quality with a test call before you order.
