I left the chatbot open on my phone for a while and kept asking random questions just to see where it'd trip up 😄. It actually handled everything better than I expected. I think this is going to save my staff from a lot of interruptions during dinner hours.

I liked that he built exactly what we agreed on without trying to turn a small MVP into something bigger. The chatbot works the way I wanted, including the fallback replies instead of making things up. The clean interface was enough for what I needed to show the concept. Happy with the result.

Had two of our front desk staff go through it before I checked it myself. They both picked it up immediately without me explaining anything, which is probably the best sign. If they can use it that easily, patients shouldn't have any trouble either. Pretty happy with how this turned out.
