1. What do you need from me before starting?
Please provide your story idea or script, preferred video duration, aspect ratio, character descriptions, visual references, dialogue, language, deadline and intended publishing platform.
2. Can you create the script and storyboard?
Yes. Script polishing is included in selected packages. Full scriptwriting, detailed storyboards and complex shot planning may require an additional fee or custom offer.
3. Can you keep the characters consistent?
Yes. I create and lock character references before producing the final shots. Consistency includes facial appearance, hairstyle, costume and overall visual identity, although small AI variations may still occur.
4. What does a revision include?
A revision includes reasonable changes to editing, subtitles, music, timing and minor visual details. A new script, character, costume, environment or fully regenerated scene is considered additional work.
5. Can you create vertical and landscape versions?
Yes. One aspect ratio is included in the package. A second version, such as both 16:9 and 9:16, is available as a Gig Extra.
6. Are dialogue, voice-over and subtitles included?
Subtitles and basic sound design are included according to the selected package. Voice-over, lip-sync and multiple speaking characters may require an additional fee.
7. Do you provide the AI prompts or workflow files?
The standard service includes the completed video only. Prompts, workflow files, editable project files and production assets are not included unless agreed upon separately.
8. Can I use the finished video commercially?
Yes, commercial use can be included for the finished video. The buyer must have permission to use all supplied logos, products, music, reference images and other copyrighted materials.
9. Can you make a complete episode or video longer than 60 seconds?
Yes. Longer videos, complete episodes and multi-episode series require a custom quotation based on duration, number of characters, locations, dialogue and production complexity.
10. Should I contact you before ordering?
Please message me before ordering projects involving complex action, precise product packaging, multiple speaking characters, lip-sync, several locations or episodic production.
