Over a three-year period at WEMPCO Group, I served as an IT Support Technician and System Administrator, providing end-to-end technical support across multiple departments and subsidiaries within the organization. My role involved maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of IT systems in a fast-paced industrial and manufacturing environment. I was responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting over 200+ end users, and ensuring minimal downtime across workstations, servers, and network infrastructure.
