Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for one simple trial image, Standard for a small e-commerce set of 5 images, and Premium for a catalog set of 10 images. Please send me a sample before ordering if you are unsure.
What is considered a simple jewelry image?
A simple image normally contains one jewelry product and requires standard dust removal, light scratch cleanup, color correction, background editing, and basic metal polishing.
What is considered complex retouching?
Complex work includes heavy reflection reconstruction, watch-glass editing, detailed chains, missing-part repair, focus stacking, gemstone replacement, compositing, or major shape correction. Please contact me before ordering complex images.
What does a revision include?
A revision covers adjustments based on the original instructions. A different editing style, replacement image, or new requirement is not considered a revision and may require an additional charge.
Can you remove or replace the background?
Yes. I can deliver the image with a transparent background, pure white background, original cleaned background, or another simple background color.
Can you change silver jewelry to gold?
Yes, realistic metal color changes are possible when the original image quality and lighting are suitable. Please send the image first so I can confirm the cost.
Can you retouch watches and complex reflections?
Yes. Standard watch cleanup is available, but complex glass glare, dial reconstruction, and major reflection rebuilding require the Complex Retouching extra or a custom offer.
Which file formats will I receive?
Standard delivery is available in high-resolution JPG or PNG. A layered PSD source file is included in Premium or can be purchased as an extra.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. Please send the total number of images, sample files, required services, and deadline. I will review the complexity and prepare a custom offer.
Can I use the edited images commercially?
Commercial use is included in the Standard and Premium packages. The Basic package is intended as a paid trial, so please upgrade to Standard or Premium for commercial use.
