I’m disappointed with the outcome. The freelancer didn’t fully understand what I needed, and this caused multiple gaps between the work delivered and the expectations I set. On top of that, a language barrier made communication less accurate, so clarifications and changes weren’t handled effectively. Overall, the final result didn’t meet my expectations.
