FAQ
Is my email data safe?
Yes! I use Google's official OAuth 2.0 authentication. Your emails are processed locally and never stored on external servers. All replies are saved as drafts — nothing is sent without your approval.
Will the AI auto-send emails?
No. All AI-generated replies are saved as drafts in your Gmail Drafts folder. You review, edit, and click send yourself. You have 100% control at all times.
Can you customize the categories?
Yes! Default categories are inquiry, complaint, spam, sales lead, support, and partnership. Premium buyers get unlimited custom categories tailored to their business.
Do I need technical skills?
Not at all! I provide a simple web dashboard where you see everything at a glance. I also provide setup documentation and a walkthrough call for Premium buyers.
How many emails can it handle?
The system processes emails in batches and can handle 500+ emails. It ranks them by importance so you focus on what matters most.
