FAQ
Do you design for other social media platforms?
Yes! Although I'm most proficient in Instagram, I can design for Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter, as well as design flyers or PPT presentations.
What do you need to start the order?
1. Your logo & other business assets in PNG or JPEG format 2. Copy or text content 3. Images (if you have one) 4. Website (if you have one) 5. Details about your business & brand goals 6. Brand colors or preferred colors 7. All other elements or content you would like me to add to your design
What can I expect from a custom graphic design?
My custom designs are created for your brand or business so that the content aligns with your goals. They require time and background research on your business which is why quality brands choose custom designs to stay on-brand, build trust, & gain brand recognition among their customers.
What if I need a revision after the order is completed?
Should you need any changes even after the order is complete, don't hesitate to get in touch with me. I leave one week open after every order completion, should the buyer need any changes whatsoever.
Do I need to provide all information listed in the gig description?
You don't need to provide all of the information, but the more you give me to curate your content to suit your brand goals, the better the results will be to meet your needs.
Do you create videos, Reels, or TikToks?
Unfortunately, I do not.
Why don't you offer more posts per package?
Because I'm a recent graduate, I, unfortunately, do not have enough hours in the week to produce more content for the portfolio of clients I have.
Can I see samples of your previous social media work?
Absolutely! Just click the link below to view my portfolio or see above. bit.ly/AlanaM
