Run EVMS variance review and maintain a CPI tracker built for cost visibility. Negotiate with the customer and recommend the correction: schedule revisions, manpower adjustments, fund allocations, and work requirements. Advise senior management. Coordinate engineering, the PMO, and production. The buyer sees the plan. The yard file stays at the yard.
