What do we need in order to start your work?
We shall need text/copy content that you would like to upload, for instance the quotes, and inspirational words that you would wish to be on your website in order to comp, as well as logo original files and the login to the current site (if any) hosting/domain provider account.
Do you provide hosting and domain?
No, but we can guide you through the best options for your project including where, and how to purchase. We then can install and configure it as part of the project.
Do you use themes?
Yes. We see themes as a means of saving time and money for our clients as we don’t have to reinvent the wheel when it comes to producing complex integrations and sophisticated page structures. The premium themes we use come packed with tech integration - our designs are all custom and compatible.
What is your process?
We look at your content, your competitors, and the industry in general. We then build up the first version and send you the link. From that point onwards we begin an iterative feedback-based process until everyone is happy with the end result.
Do you provide an SSL as part of the project?
No, but we can guide you through the best options for your project including where, and how to purchase. We then can install and configure it as part of the project. However, sometimes the hosting providers they usually provide their clients with free SSL on the packages they have bought.
Do you custom code functions/plugins/themes/templates?
No, We work with the best premium themes, on which customization and styling are possible but not of all aspects. There are certain elements that are controlled by WordPress or the theme that we can not change. We don't custom code functions or plugins as this would require ongoing maintenance.
How many revisions do you normally offer?
On our projects, we offer 5 major revisions (feedback cycles). This is to create some structure for the project. Of course, if there are some minor changes and cosmetic revisions or text/image replacement change requests we don't consider feedback revisions. We try to be as flexible as we can.
What is your milestone structure?
We work on a two-phase approach. The first phase focuses on the looknfeel and the second on content of the site. At the end of the first phase, we submit our first milestone (50%), which acts as a green light for us to go ahead with the remaining of project. The second milestone is sent on delivery.
Do we need to have a Zoom call on each step?
No, A zoom call can be requested at any step but is not necessary. We provide status updates on each step and in most cases it's better to have your response in writing so as to be able to cross-reference any change for both of our better convenience.
