FAQ
What do you need to begin?
I need your 3D model, floor plan, CAD/PDF drawings, room dimensions, material references, furniture preferences and desired camera positions.
Can you work without an existing 3D model?
Yes. I can model the space from clear plans or drawings, but modeling is priced separately according to size and complexity.
What file format will I receive?
You will receive equirectangular 360° JPG or PNG images in a 2:1 ratio, ready for virtual-tour software, websites and VR viewing.
What resolution do you provide?
Basic delivery is 4K. Higher packages can include 8K output such as 8192×4096 pixels.
Does this Gig include an interactive virtual tour?
The Premium package includes a linked virtual tour with navigation hotspots. Basic and Standard deliver 360° panorama files.
What is included in a revision?
Revisions cover reasonable adjustments to materials, colors, lighting and existing furniture. A new layout, room or design direction is additional work.
Can you render residential and commercial interiors?
Yes. I work on homes, apartments, offices, retail stores, restaurants, galleries and other interior environments.
Can you provide the source file?
Yes, when compatible and agreed before ordering. Source files are available as a paid extra.

We faced a fair share of technical issues during the project, which made things more challenging than expected. That said, he stayed focused, kept pushing through, and managed to deliver in the end. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism throughout, especially given the circumstances. Thanks for seeing it through — well done
