I have hands on experience across recruitment, HR operations, and employee support within international, tech, SaaS, and production environments in the Netherlands. My work spans the full HR cycle, combining recruitment and people focused support with structured processes and compliance awareness. I have supported hiring end to end, including writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating with external recruiters, and advising managers during selection. I have also conducted first interviews and ensured a positive candidate experience throughout the process. On the HR side, I have worked on onboarding programs, employee development, training coordination, sick leave follow up, and support with Dutch workplace requirements such as WvP related processes. I have contributed to internal communication, employer branding initiatives, and company wide events that strengthen engagement and collaboration. Through my roles in international and remote teams, I have developed a practical, people first approach, helping managers and employees navigate HR topics clearly and effectively while aligning people needs with business goals.
