I will register your trademarks in the philippines

The scope of work for this service are as follows:

1.    Facilitate the preparation and submission of your trademark application before the Intellectual Property of the Philippines (IPO)

2.    Assist you in determining the NICE Classification of the goods and services that your application will cover

3.    Answer any and all Registrability Reports and other compliances as may be required by the IPO

4.    Monitor the registration process, from application to publication and to the eventual release of your Certificate of Registration

5.    Facilitate the payment of fees payable to the IPO

Note that this process takes around 3 to 4 months, with 30 days being fully devoted for the Publication period for purposes of opposition. My service fee does not include filing fees and other official fees to be assessed by the IPO. As such, the client shall be provided a copy of the Statement of Account issued by the IPO and the payment link, where he may opt to pay the IPO directly through via credit card. Otherwise, I can also pay these fees on your behalf for an additional fee of $65/CLASS for the filing fees AND $85 for the Publication and Issuance fees. PAYMENT BY MILESTONE is available.
