My last work helped operative department in planning periodic services to the customer all over the year. My team also provided the area managers a simple way to monitor the daily services to their customers.

For over 15 years I've worked in accounting and management control. In my current role at an industrial cleaning and facility services company, I handle customer invoicing, analyze project profitability, and act as the IT point of contact. Beyond the job description: • I built Excel/VBA tools and Power BI dashboards, first for myself, then for my colleagues. Several of them are now used across the whole company. • I automate repetitive reporting tasks, replacing hours spent cross-checking files by hand. • I bring together data from systems that don't talk to each other (ERP exports, spreadsheets, invoices) to answer questions the management software alone can't. Why this matters for you: I know where business numbers come from, because I produce them every day. That's why I don't just build reports. I make sure the data behind them can be trusted. Tools: Excel (advanced), Power Query, VBA, Power BI, Python (Pandas), SQL.

He's clearly invested in ensuring that our solution exceeds expectations, and continues to be an absolute joy to work with. An excellent experience throughout, and I look forward to working with him again on future projects.

The third time I've used Alex, he continues to deliver. Genuinely a pleasure to work with, great comms, very proactive. After having some really disappointing experiences with a couple of other freelancers on another project over the past few weeks- Alex is again 10/10. I wouldn't even consider looking anywhere else for this type of work.
